Job Title: Human Resource Manager 

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s Degree in HR Management, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.

Summary: The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions to include: maintaining employee benefits information, recruitment of new employees, staff personnel files, compliance with all local, state and federal compliance laws.

Job Title: ABA Instructor

Reports to: Support Staff assigned to his or her lead student, the Program Director, and the Director of The Aurora School

Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, speech, or other related field preferred

Summary: Provide instruction that is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Verbal Behavior. The Aurora School is a 12-month day program that provides a collaborative and innovative learning environment for students for students 5-22 years of ages with Autism and other developmental abilities.
